1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 399vet website, mobile platform, casino games, sports betting services, and all related features (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated under the 399vet brand and is made available to eligible players based in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions.

By accessing any part of the 399vet Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety; (b) you are at least 21 years of age; (c) you are not prohibited by any applicable law from accessing or using the Platform; and (d) you agree to be bound by these Terms and any supplementary rules, bonus terms, and game-specific rules that form part of the overall agreement.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Access to the 399vet Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or automated system).
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of 399vet, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by 399vet for a violation of these Terms.
• You are not self-excluded from the Platform under the responsible gaming tools available on 399vet.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. 399vet reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided during registration. Failure to supply satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the Platform at any time. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 399vet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any associated balances, and permanently ban the individual from future registration.

2.2 Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your account remains accurate and up to date. Any change in your name, residential address, payment details, or contact information must be reported to [email protected] promptly. 399vet is not liable for payment delays or failed withdrawals caused by inaccurate account information.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

399vet operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. Before any withdrawal is processed, and at any point during your use of the Platform at 399vet's sole discretion, you may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account displaying your name and number).
• Source of funds declaration where deposits exceed certain thresholds at 399vet's discretion.

All documents submitted for KYC purposes are treated in accordance with the 399vet Privacy Policy. 4. Deposits and Payment Methods

Maximum deposit limits may apply and vary by payment method and account tier. 399vet does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• All deposit transactions must originate from a payment account or card registered in the name of the 399vet account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your 399vet balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. Processing times vary by payment method: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay deposits are typically credited instantly; card deposits may take up to 30 minutes.
• In the event of a failed deposit, you should contact your payment provider first. If funds have been deducted from your payment account but not credited to your 399vet balance within two hours, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number.
• 399vet reserves the right to reject deposits or request additional verification where a transaction appears suspicious or inconsistent with your usual deposit behaviour.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Responsible Gaming

Players may set voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) through the responsible gaming tools available within their account settings. Once a deposit limit is lowered, the reduction takes effect immediately. Any request to increase a previously set limit will be subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied. This mechanism is in place to help players maintain control of their gambling expenditure.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with 399vet's anti-money laundering obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. 5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• A minimum of one deposit must have been made and cleared before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
• Any active bonus funds and associated winnings remain subject to the applicable wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn until those requirements are met.
• 399vet reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to five (5) business days for additional security checks, particularly for first withdrawals or unusually large withdrawal amounts.
• In the event that a withdrawal is rejected, the funds will be returned to your 399vet account balance and you will be notified by email or on-platform message within 24 hours.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

399vet offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's individual terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms will prevail.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus funds may not be used to place bets that are excluded from wagering contribution calculations. Excluded game types are listed in each promotion's individual terms.
• 399vet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer, modify its terms, or cancel a player's participation in a promotion where evidence of abuse, collusion, arbitrage, or exploitation of a software error is identified.
• Players may only claim each welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture and potential account closure.

7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games offered on the 399vet Platform are powered by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates using independently audited random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time physical dealing processes overseen by trained studio personnel.

399vet does not control the underlying game mechanics, payout percentages (RTP), or outcomes of individual game rounds. Any dispute regarding the outcome of a specific game round must be raised with 399vet support within 72 hours of the disputed round completing. 399vet will refer the matter to the relevant game provider for investigation. The game provider's determination of the outcome shall be final.

7.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 399vet Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent ban:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or display bugs to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from a technical error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate betting outcomes.
• Placing bets using funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, or any source that 399vet reasonably determines to be suspicious.
• Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

399vet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: a player breaches any provision of these Terms; fraudulent activity is detected or suspected; a player fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; a regulatory obligation requires it; or a player requests self-exclusion under the responsible gaming tools.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance that is reasonably determined to have arisen from the breach — including bonus winnings and fraudulently obtained deposits — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to a breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 10 business days.

9. Responsible Gaming

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 399vet Platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, page layouts, software code, game interfaces, and written content, is the intellectual property of 399vet or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from 399vet.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 399vet and its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage; (b) loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; (c) technical failures, server outages, connectivity issues, or third-party payment processing delays; or (d) the conduct of third-party game providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits 399vet's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

399vet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 399vet will provide notice via a platform announcement or email to your registered address at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the operating policies of 399vet. Any unresolved disputes may be escalated through the Platform's internal complaints procedure as described in Section 14. 399vet does not make any representation regarding the legality of online gambling in your specific jurisdiction and it remains your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you.
